Warranty

Our company prides ourselves on having one of the lowest recall rates in the business with just under a 3% recall rate. Thus, buying accounts from us is safer than buying from the original owner. All accounts sold are covered by a 60 day warranty. Simply stated, if your account gets recalled within this time frame, you will receive store credit equal to the amount of your purchase towards a new account.

From our experience, almost every recall happens within 30 days of purchase so our warranty should fully cover any recall. If anything happens to your account after 60 days we can assist you but cannot guarantee compensation. If you sell, trade, or even attempt to sell or trade your account this warranty will be void. Also, if in our investigation we find that you were careless with the account information, the warranty will be void.

We require that anyone who sells an account to us provide us with a ID scan that matches both their Battle.net account and their Paypal account. We do this in order to provide you the safest accounts possible. If there are any issues with the account we have all the information to help you retrieve your account.
