Q: I THOUGHT PURCHASING ACCOUNTS WAS ILLEGAL?

Buying and selling online gaming accounts is not against the law. While it does break the EULA, the repercussions for buying and selling accounts do not carry over into the real world. We have been buying and selling online gaming accounts for almost 20 years and have perfected our practice to ensure that the accounts you purchase from us do not get banned.

Q: WHAT WARRANTY DO YOU OFFER ON YOUR ACCOUNTS?

Every account purchased from us is covered by our lifetime warranty. This warranty protects you from recalls and bans due to our actions. We do not cover user negligence meaning it is your responsibility to play within the game's rules and policies. Full details of our warranty can be found HERE. We also offer Account Shield as an additional purchase which offers a further degree of protection for your account.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Due to the nature of this business all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once the account information is provided. If you no longer want the account you purchased from us, we will buy back the account for the same price we would have paid if you were the original owner. Q: HOW DO I GET MY ACCOUNT ONCE I HAVE MADE PAYMENT?

All account information is delivered to you via your payment email. First time customers will need to go through a short verification process before delivery. This all happens within 20 minutes of your purchase.

Q: WHAT INFORMATION DO I GET WHEN I BUY AN ACCOUNT FROM YOU?

When your order is approved, you will receive the full account credentials in order for you to take full control of the account. Due to US privacy laws, the only information not provided is the original owner's ID or any of their personal information such as address and telephone number.

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET NEW ORDERS APPROVED?

If you have done business in the past with us in the past, your order will be automatically approved and delivered within 20 minutes. If this is your first time ordering from us, we will manually verify your order before it will be delivered to you. This process does not take more than a few minutes so please check your email for instructions after making your purchase.

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

We are open from 8AM to 12AM (midnight) CST. Any orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered first thing in the morning the next day.

Q: CAN I RESERVE A CHARACTER TO PURCHASE AT A LATER DATE?

Unfortunately, we are not able to hold an account for purchase at a later time. Being the leader in the online game account industry, we have the most inventory of any site and are always adding new accounts. If the account you wanted sold to someone else, we will likely have a similar account in a few days.

Q: CAN I TRADE MY ACCOUNT FOR ONE OF YOUR ACCOUNTS?

Unfortunately, we do not allow trades of any kind. If you wish to sell your account and buy one of ours, it will have to be done as two separate transactions.

Q: MY CREDIT CARD LIMIT EXCEEDS THE DOLLAR AMOUNT OF THE ACCOUNT I WISH TO PURCHASE, I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE PAYMENT WITH TWO SEPARATE CREDIT CARDS, CAN YOU SPLIT THE PAYMENT INTO TWO SEPARATE AMOUNTS?

Yes, to have a payment split into multiple amounts, please contact us through our support center. A customer service representative will assist you in splitting the payment into two separate amounts.

Q: WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept all major credit cards, Zelle, Skrill, bank wires, cryptocurrency and Western Union. Some Skrill payment methods are only available in certain regions. If you wish to pay with Western Union please contact us through our support center for details.

Q: CAN I MOVE THE CHARACTER I AM BUYING TO MY OWN ACCOUNT?

It is not possible to merge the account you purchase from us with any of your own personal accounts.

Q: MY ORDER HAS BEEN APPROVED BUT I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE EMAIL CONTAINING MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION.

Please check your "Spam" folders in your email account. If your account information is not in the spam folder or your inbox, please immediately contact us via email or through our support center.

Q: HOW DO I RECEIVE A QUOTE FOR MY ACCOUNT?

In order to receive a quote for your account, please fill out one of our quote forms on the website. Please allow up to 24 hours for a manager to review your submission and email you back with a quote. Our customer support team will not be able to expedite or assist you with a quote.

Q: THE QUOTE I RECEIVED SEEMS LOW COMPARED TO WHAT OTHER SITES OFFER.

Many sites will offer a high quote on your account and then never pay for it or end up scamming you at the end. We do not use such business practices, so our quotes are reflective of the market value of your account. Just remember, if a quote seems too good to be true, then it most likely is.

Q: HOW ARE PAYMENTS SENT?

When selling your account to us, payments are only sent via Skrill, Zelle, bank wires, or company check. A company check is only available to customer in the US and Canada.

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ACCOUNT TO SELL OR FOR ME TO RECEIVE PAYMENT?

Payments are completed within 24 hours of our staff securing your account. If you provide any invalid information or do not fully fill out your upload, there will be a delay.

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN UPDATE ON THE ACCOUNT I AM SELLING?

Our management team handles account uploads in the order that we receive them. If we have any questions, require more information, or have an update for you, we will email you at the email that you specified as your contact email. Due to the volume of accounts that we purchase every day, our customer support agents will not be able to expedite your sale., nor can they rush a response. We thank you for your patience.
